Historical NotesJames L. Fonzi worked for Union Switch and Signal for 43 years. After he retired he retained some of the test equipment and continued to operate his own company, Time Code Consultants, which tested railroad signals. He operated that company from 1986 till 2009 when he donated the equipment.
