Metal plate on the top of the second rung from the top has text "Nutting / MODEL NO. / 11-010-002 / TRADE MARK TRUCK AND CASTER CO. Faribault, Minn."
Raised text on each exterior side of the wheel axle metal bracket "NUTTING" and "K1000200"; the "K" is difficult to decipher and may be incorrect; the text on the proper right bracket is nearly illegible.
