Cheryl started a program called the Founder's Award, the groundwork was done by her predecessor Debby Foster, but implemented by Cheryl. The Founder’s Award was given to five employees a year who were nominated by people in their factory and who did works of community service. This particular award was an extra that was ordered so the company could have a sample of the award. The award was made by Samuel W. Off, Jr., a pewtersmith from Ligonier, PA.
