Historical NotesThe plastic ketchup bottle dates from the 1980s and represents the early use of plastic squeeze bottles to replace the traditional Heinz ketchup bottle. As a leader, along with Ed Lehew, of the Heinz Historians Club, donor Stan Kacwmorski procured many historic items and documents pertaining to the History of the Heinz Company.
