InscriptionsTop of lid, front, right, and left sides of box: "CAMPAIGN / SPECIALS". Blue sticker has text but is illegible. Text on inside of the lid reads "5c (cents symbol) / CAMPAIGN / SPECIALS / Title and Design Registered / NINE INCHES OF REAL SMOKING DELIGHT". Below this, on bottom section of box, reads "CAMPAIGN / SPECIALS".

Text on bottom of box reads: "FACTORY NO. 435 1 DIST. PA. 25" Text within box reads "Factory No. 435 1st Dist., State of Pa. / Notice. The Manufacturers of the Cigars herein / contained have complied with all the requirements of / law. Every person is cautioned not to use either this / Box for Cigars again, or the Stamp thereon again, nor / to remove the contents of this box without destroying / said stamp under the penalities privided by law in such / cases.". There are three black-outlined boxes along side this text box; the first box reads "COLOR", the second box reads "PACKER", and the third box reads "BANDER". There is an oval-shaped stamped below this which reads "THE CIGARS HEREIN CONTAINED / WERE / MANUFACTURED TO RETAIL / NOT MORE THAN 5 (cents symbol) EACH / AND ARE SO / TAX PAID". There is a handwritten "R" printed in the lower left corner of the box.
