Historical NotesNameplate of plaque fragment for the Consulate of Italy Joseph D'Andrea. Joseph D’Andrea was born in Roccamandolfi, a village in the Italian region of Molise, province of Isernia. Late in his career, he was bestowed the position of honorary Vice Consul of Italy in Pittsburgh and was honored by different organizations in Italy because of his role.
