Child seat section has orange plastic seat cover with blue decoration communicating safety information in visual symbols; blue text at center “GIANT EAGLE”; and raised uncolored text at bottom center “PLACE CHILD IN BABY SEAT ONLY / DO NOT LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED”.
MarksBlue nylon child seatbelt’s black plastic buckle has raised text on one side “SAFE-STRAP / 800-356-7796” and on the other side “U.S. PATENT NO’S. / 4150464, 4171555”; the patent number side has two circular marks along the right edge and the top mark has “98” at the center of the circle.

Impressed text on front axle between the two wheels “3-98 / TOTE-CART CO. / 1802 PRESTON ST. / ROCKFORD, ILL. / 1259”.
