Historical NotesFountain cup from the Oliver Building in Downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The cups would have hung next to the fountain so visitors could take a drink using the cup. Henry Oliver built the Oliver Building in 1908-1910 to consolidate the management of his steel and coal operations in the days when Frick and Carnegie were making similar statements with downtown skyscrapers.
