The union symbol is printed in white at bottom center.

Inside decorative design is text "UNITED STEELWORKERS OF AMERICA" printed in blue; "AFL-CIO-CLC" is printed in blue near these letters. In the very center, "USA" is printed in large blue letters; above this is "ESTABLISHED MAY 22, 1942" printed in small blue lettering.
Historical NotesPart of a collection belonging to Bernie Burns. The collection documents Firefighters Local No. 1, the firefighting union of which Bernie Burns was the president; his life as a firefighter; and additional items that document growing up in Lawrenceville in the 1960s and 1970s.
