Historical Notes176th Field Artillery Battalion, Pennsylvania National Guard and 29th Infantry Division pins belonging to Frederick A. Lepant who served during WWII. Frederick Albert Lepant (April 14, 1928-September 18, 2008) was a graduate of Schenley High School, and who resided in Bellevue, was a member of US Army Air Forces during World War II, from 1940-1947. After his military career he was a draftsman at Dravo and then an electrical engineer at Duquesne Light.
