Historical NotesA jeweler's vice used by Tadelus Wastowicz (1923-2005), who specialized in hand-engraving of precious metals. Mr. Wastowicz attended a jeweler's school in New Castle, Pa., after WWII, and worked for Hardy and Hayes in downtown Pittsburgh for over 20 years, before opening his own shop in Sewickley.
