InscriptionsOn front is an image of McClellan facing proper right. Along the top reads: "GEO. B. McCLELLAN". At the bottom reads: "1863". On the reverse side is a crown of laurel encircling the outside of the token; in the center of the wreath, at the bottom of the token, are two sabers crossed. In the middle reads: "ARMY / & / NAVY".
