DescriptionRectangular metal pin connected to red, white, and blue ribbon with a token attached at the bottom. The pin has a circle in the center with relief of George Washington, and the token features a relief of Daniel H. Hastings. Reverse side of the token features a relief of the coat of arms of Pennsylvania outlined by a PA keystone. Embossed text throughout tokenDimensionsHeight x Width: 2.625 × 1.438 in. (6.7 × 3.7 cm)
InscriptionsThe token is gold-toned with the image of a man in the center, facing proper right. To the left of the image, along the edge, reads: "GENL. D. H." To the right of the image reads: "HASTINGS". On the reverse side of the token, there is the coat of arms of Pennsylvania outlined by a PA keystone. Along the left side of the keystone reads: "JAN. 15,", and on the right side of the keystone reads: "1895". Along the top edge of the token, starting on the left-hand side and finishing on the right, reads: "INAUGURATED GOVERNOR OF PENNSYLVANIA".
