Historical NotesGeorge Weyman & Sons, listed as "Manufacturers and Dealers in Tobacco, Snuff, Segars" in city directory, located on Smithfield Street in downtown Pittsburgh 1860 to 1882. In 1883, the firm, now known as "Weyman & Bro." was located on Duquesne Way; this firm persisted into the 20th century, and eventually developed the "Copenhagen" snuff brand (now a product of U.S. Tobacco Company). Part of a collection of stoneware collected by Bernard and Joanne Vavrek.
