Historical Notes#44 Modern Math Subtraction. Toy appears to date from the early 1970s and is a Booneville, Arkansas version of the perennial Wolverine mechnical quiz game (design patent 2,310,898 / 1943). The decorative scheme suggests an earlier date for the lithograph sheet, having a 1960s appearance.
