Printed in silver ink on ribbon is organizational name. Connected to bottom bar is a circular bronze metal, outside front edge in blue enamel; printed text along edge. Embossed head bust image of Abraham Lincoln, looking to the right.
Insert. Cardboard insert with hole on top for badge to attach to.
