Historical NotesA U.S. armed forces blue star son in service sweetheart, mother, daughter, or sister ring. The ring was worn by donor Barbara Neal's mother, Mary Louise Stanton. Mary's father Charles Campbell Stanton, M.D., served in WWI, although he did not serve overseas.
