Historical NotesPart of an everyday work uniform worn by the donor while she was serving in the Active Guard Reserves (United States Air Force.) Ms. Flaherty was promoted to Lieutenant Colonel in July 1991, serving as Chief of Supply in the 171st Logistics Supply Squadron. The woodland camouflage pattern was the default camouflage pattern issued to the United States Armed Forces from 1981 to the mid 2000s. Worn with camouflage fatigue uniform (2001.78.2-2001.78.3).
