DescriptionColorless small glass bottle with a opening with a smaller diameter than the majority of the container. The opening rim has a ridge which extends around the bottle's opening. There is a seam from the glass mold which runs from the top down the side to the base, across the base and back up the other side of the bottle, splitting it in half.Dimensions2.625 x 2 in. Historical NotesPart of a collection related to Klavon's, which document that Klavon's was originally a pharmacy and an ice cream shop. Klavon's Pharmacy opened at 28th and Liberty in 1920. It operated at that location as both a pharmacy and soda/ice cream shop until 1979 when founder James Klavon passed away. For 20 years the building was boarded up until Ray Klavon, grandson of the founder, re-opened the store in 1999 as Klavon's Ice Cream Parlor. In 2013 the family sold the building to a new owner who opened another ice cream shop under the same name.
