DescriptionWooden create with metal nails. On the front of the crate the wood was painted over with a gray or blue paint and stamped with a yellow stamped inscription. There are seven nails on the front left and right sides of the box. The right side of the crate is undecorated although it appears to have some green paint on its side. The right side of the crate has five nails on either side to hold the crate together. The left side is undecorated, although it appears to have some paint left on it. There are five nails on either side to keep the nails on the front left and right sides. There is a slight hole in the knot and in the bottom left corner as well. There is a recipient inscription written in yellow ink. The bottom is undecorated aside from some green paint in the corner. Historical NotesPart of a collection that documents the Fisher, Keltz, and Kenyon families. The majority of the collection is related to the WWII service of brothers Walt and Robert Fisher. Robert Fisher served in the Pacific theater, particularly in the Philippines.
