Historical NotesIsaly's skyscraper scooper. This scoop was used in Isaly's deli and dairy store to create their iconic skyscraper cones. The spoon, patented in 1935, created six-inch-tall, inverted cone shaped scoops. Isaly's is best known for their Chip-Chopped ham and for inventing the Klondike bar.
