Historical NotesIn 2000, Rolling Rock sponsored the Rolling Rock Town Fair, featuring the rock band the Red Hot Chili Peppers. From a collection of advertising materials of the Rolling Rock beer brand--brewed in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, from 1939-2006--during special events sponsored by Rolling Rock. Anheuser-Bush, corporate owner of the Rolling Rock brand, closed the Latrobe brewery in 2006 and moved production of Rolling Rock to New Jersey.
