DescriptionTwo-piece glass kerosene lamp comprised of base and globe; lamp has been electrified. Cosmos pattern.
Electrified glass kerosene lamp base, Cosmos pattern. Body is opaque white milk glass. Body is spherical shape with four lobes; glass has raised dimpled diamond pattern; each lobe has painted raised flowers in pinks, yellows, and blues with green leaves and brown stems; pink at top center; flared circular base/foot has raised curvilinear forms. Mounted at top center of glass body is brass light bulb socket with paperboard center and power key on side; three arms branch from base of socket to support ring mount for the shade; ring mount is broken in one place. Yellow/gold plastic electrical cord protrudes from base of socket and ends in a two-prong dark brown plastic plug. Four mold seams.
Opaque white milk glass shade, Cosmos pattern. Body is squat circular form with four lobes; glass has raised dimpled diamond pattern; each lobe has painted raised flowers in pinks, yellows, and blues with green leaves and brown stems. Top of shade is pink and narrows to tiered circular opening. Underside has wide opening with rim that fits on ring mount of base.
