DescriptionBlack plastic millivoltmeter with silver metal, two paper documents, and a black leather handle. Rectangular base with four circular black rubber feet. Base slopes up to a black rectangular lid. Two silver metal hinges connect the base and lid. Four black rubber feet on the side of the hinges. Silver metal clasp with text on the other side. Black leather handle above the clasp. Text engraved under the clasp. Inside are three circular black plastic dials with white text under the middle and right one. Under the dials is the meter in white with black text. Black metal needle inside the meter. Westinghouse logo under the meter. White paper under the lid with black text.
