Historical NotesWigle Whiskey Prohibition Rye whiskey bottle. The Senator John Heinz History Center partnered with Wigle Whiskey to release a special limited edition Prohibition Rye whiskey, inspired by the exhibition "American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition." This was a traveling exhibition from the National Constitution Center, which ran from February 2018 - June 2018. Only 250 bottles were produced and a portion of the proceeds were donated to the History Center to support exhibitions and educational programs. The special edition whiskey was released on February 23, 2018 and sold for $34.00 per bottle.
