Label TextThe doll was a toy of Sarah Collins McClelland who played with it as a child at Sunnyledge, her family’s Shadyside mansion. The doll has a complete wardrobe including hats, socks, underclothes, dresses, capes, and petticoats. The doll, clothes, and toy chest here all date from around 1890.
