MarksKnit collar has woven text at center "MIGHTY-MAC".

Black fabric tag inside collar at center has gray embroidered text on front including "SHELL: 65% POLYESTER / 35% COTTON / LINING: 100% NYLON / FILLER: 100% POLYESTER / RN 69722 / MADE IN KOREA / ..." and reverse has care instructions.

Fabric label inside on back at top center has text at top "MIGHT-MAC / MADE IN KOREA" and at bottom "Out O'Gloucester"; small white tag suspended from bottom center of label has black emroidered text "44".

Each waist cord clamp has patent number on end "PAT. NO. / 4328605".
Historical NotesAnthony "Tony" Grosso was a numbers runner who operated an illegal lottery in Pittsburgh. He was convicted of racketeering in 1973, and served 28 months in jail; in the 1970s, he was investigated by the FBI and sentenced to 14 years in federal prison in 1986. The jacket was issued to Grosso in 1986, while he was imprisoned at a federal facility in Lexington, Kentucky. His grandson, Carmine Bellini, later inherited the winter coat and wore it.
