Historical NotesCocktail glass from the Hu Ke Lau restaurant. The Hu Ke Lau restaurant was located on McKnight Road in the mid-1970s through mid-1980s and featured a restaurant, cocktail lounge and showroom. The restaurant represents the death of the tiki trend as it was relegated to suburban shopping centers at this point after its heyday in the post WWII era.
