Historical NotesThe jacket was used by the donor when he worked at Kennywood from 1979 to 81. He worked the “Novelty” refreshment stand that was once located between the train station and the Pagoda. The stand sold soft ice cream. “Novelty” was torn down before the 2005 season. The jacket had to be purchased separately by employees and he believes it was used from the mid to late 1970s through the mid-1980s.
