DescriptionTelevision prop of Goldilocks and the Three Bears book. Covers are brown with paisley pattern and the title of the book is painted at front center. Book is bound with brown cord. First five pages have a hand-painted image of a bear family with caption and pages of television show script. Majority of pages are blank. After last page is a smaller maker’s card with product and maker information printed in black text.Dimensions12.75 × 12.5 × 1.25 in. (32.4 × 31.8 × 3.2 cm)
InscriptionsFront center has hand-painted title “GOLDILOCKS / AND THE / THREE BEARS”.

Second page has applied black text along bottom “Once upon a time there / were three bears”.

Each of the following four pages has one sheet of 8.5x11-inch white paper with typed black text detailing the story. First page has “#467 / GOLDILOCKS AND THE THREE BEARS” at top. The pages have handwritten revisions and handwritten photocopied notes in the left margin.

Historical NotesPart of a collection from the set of Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Mister Rogers was one of the longest running children’s show on public television. It debuted on national television in 1968 and ran until the 2001.
