DescriptionTrophy with brown plastic base with gold-tone plaque, inscribed with names of players. Brown painted wooden top section, with gold-tone metal relief of two men playing basketball, jumping to reach a basketball in the air. Gold-tone metal figure of a third player attached to plastic base. Two leaf-like decorative statuettes flanking the trophy. Maker's mark attached to bottom of trophy.Dimensions12.5 × 10.5 × 4 in. (31.8 × 26.7 × 10.2 cm)
InscriptionsText on plaque reads "1942", the Westinghouse symbol in the center, and "1943" across the top.

Historical NotesTrophy awarded to the Westinghouse Apprentice School in the Men's Inter Works Basketball League. The team won the 1942-1943 Westinghouse Men's Inter Works Basketball League Championship. Transferred from the George Westinghouse Museum to the Heinz History Center when the museum closed in 2007.
