DescriptionSilver steel paper towel holder. Circular steel base, with black plastic bottom. Cylindrical tube in center: steel and black plastic with three thin metal collapsing rods on bottom and top. Movable arm from the base to the center of tube: oval plate lined with black plastic for holding paper towels in place. Rectangular cardboard packaging/advertisement with multi-colored with labels throughout; slides over tube of paper towel holder.Dimensions13 x 7 in. (33 x 17.8 cm)

Historical NotesPaper towel holder designed by Bally Design, 600 River Avenue, Pittsburgh. In 2001, Bally Design entered into a product partnership with OXO International to develop new products for the housewares industry. OXO is a partner that in 2005, was named by The International Design Magazine to be one of the ten best companies in the world that "help push design forward." To date, Bally Design and OXO have jointly developed over 20 new products, and continue to design more every year.
