(7.9 x 6.4 cm)Historical NotesFrom a set featuring the first color pictures, post WWII. Produced by Chicago's Leaf Gum Company. Copyright on back indicates this particular card was printed in 1949. Wagner is shown placing chewing tobacco into his mouth. This is ironic in that his consent to print the famous T206 card was pulled, supposedly the reason to limit its production. This card became the most famous and expensive baseball card.
