DescriptionLarge oval-shaped copper tub. Flat oval bottom folded seam to body of tub. Body is tall, one piece copper jointed together by one seam. Two bands three-quarter way up body; Top edge of body is rolled inward. On either end of tub are handles; Handles have two base plates afixed to tub by three rivets. Handles are spindled wood, and rotate within plates. Bolts on either end of handle afix it to handle plates. Exterior is copper colored and heavily stained. Bottom is heavily burned.Dimensions12.5 x 11 x 25 in. (31.8 x 27.9 x 63.5 cm)
