DescriptionSmall, deep "Turk's Head" food mold: appears to be wheel-thrown and hand-modelled; deep, outward-flaring bowl, with impressed fluting and smooth, hollow, cone-shaped center column; covered overall in a glossy brown/orange somewhat irridescent glaze.Dimensions3.5 x 8 in. (8.9 x 20.3 cm)
Historical NotesVessel appears to have been hand-built, rather than molded; probably relatively early date.
