Historical NotesGarrison cap worn by Frederick A. Lepant. The blue and orange piping on the garrison cap represented the US Army Air Corps. Frederick Albert Lepant (April 14, 1928-September 18, 2008) was a graduate of Schenley High School, and who resided in Bellevue, was a member of US Army Air Forces during World War II, from 1940-1947. After his military career he was a draftsman at Dravo and then an electrical engineer at Duquesne Light.
