Historical NotesThis item was owned and worn by the donor, Carol Braun Kunz who was born on July 27, 1940. According to the donor, "Whenever I was in the early elementary grades we could buy milk for recess time. I carried my payment each week in this money pouch. We could buy either white or chocolate milk. By recess we were thirsty. Most of the children in the class purchased it. I attended Saint Athanasius School in West View."
