Historical NotesCodpiece/boxing trunks worn by Monty Meza-Clay at the International Boxing Association (IBA) Super Featherweight title, December 30, 2005, at Mountaineer Gaming Racetrack and Resort. A native of Rankin, Meza-Clay won the bout and was named IBA World Super Featherweight Champion. These unique boxing trunks were designed and patented by Meza-Clay's mother and became one of the fighter's most recognizable calling cards.
