Historical NotesFounded originally in New York as a gas lamp company, the Folmer and Schwing Manufacturing Company (later Graflex) was a manufacturer and a brand name of several models of cameras. In 1905, the company was purchased by George Eastman and it was later dissolved in 1973. Part of the Pittsburgh Police Historical Association collection.
