Historical NotesMade from the last coil at the mill. Joseph C. Steiner was born in 1918, a second generation German immigrant. He worked at the Jones & Laughlin mill in Pittsburgh for 38 years and retired in 1981. He was a roller in the mill, but started out sweeping the floors. He lived in Carrick.
