Historical NotesUSFL football, similar to what the Pittsburgh Maulers used. Donor Gary Adams is the President of Vance Wright Adams and Associates Inc., a design firm in the North Side. Adams was responsible for designing the logo, uniform, and marketing materials for the Pittsburgh Maulers, a short lived USFL team in Pittsburgh in the 1980s. He also designed the “look” for the 1990 NHL All-Star Game which was held in Pittsburgh.
