Historical NotesPart of the Radiological Defense Kit owned by E. H. Kratz. Kratz lived in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania and was part of the community Civil Defense team. He not only built and stocked a bomb shelter in his back yard, but he also attended local meetings pertaining to Civil Defense and nuclear attack and ordered the radiological kit that was donated. This kit was for home detection. Donor Mildred S. Sass is Kratz’s daughter.
