Historical NotesPatch from the first Pennsylvania Catholic Interscholastic Athletic Association (PCIAA) State Championship win of St. James West End Catholic School. This was the beginning of a three-year winning streak of PCIAA State Championships for the school; they also held a record of 66 straight wins until they were dethroned in the 1970s, by another high school team in West Philadelphia.
