DescriptionProp is in the shape of an oversized Mrs. Claus Christmas ornament. Mrs. Claus has gold star on her chest and is holding a round orange disk with reliefs of a reindeer, ball ornament, candy cane, fir tree, and star. Rounded bottom is painted green. She wears an apron that is blue on the front with white straps that are tied in a bow on back (all molded and painted). Metal hanging fixture at top.DimensionsHeight x Width x Depth: 45 × 22 × 17 in. Historical NotesThis decoration was part of the Santa Land display at Kaufmann's. Part of a collection of artifacts that document the downtown location of Kaufmann’s (became Macy’s) department store. This large collection of items was field gathered from the downtown location of Macy’s (formerly Kaufmann’s) after the store’s final closing was announced in the fall of 2015. Label TextSanta Land had festive decorations—trees, wreaths, glass ornaments, stuffed bears, reindeer, and thousands of lights.
