DescriptionSalt and pepper shaker set. Two brown glass shakers. Each with removable metal lid. One lid has seven (7) large holes through center and other lid has nine (9) smaller holes through center. Each has paper label, black, red and gold has beer company information with image of a man and woman inside a two-person carriage, pulled by one horse. Embossed maker's mark on each base.Dimensions3 x 1.25 x 4.125 in. (7.6 x 3.2 x 10.5 cm)

Historical NotesOld Shay Beer salt and pepper shakers. Old Shay beer was a product of the Fort Pitt Brewing Company. It was produced from 1939 until the brewery shut down in 1957-1958. It had breweries in both Sharpsburg and Jeannette, Pennsylvania.
