Each punched card has a lithic flake inside of a plastic sleeve that is stapled to the card.DimensionsDimensions of box: Width 8.25, Length 14.625, Depth 3.5;
Dimensions of each card: Height 3.25, Width 7.375, Depth varies according to size of lithic flake.
InscriptionsCardboard box has handwritten text on front "36WH297 #1 / MEADOWCROFT / FLAKES / JOEL GUNN".

Each punched card has handwritten graphite notes in the top left and top right corner including a numbering system and other archaeological notes; some are also notated on the reverse. Some of the plastic bags have additional notes on/in them.

The lithic flakes are marked with either white paint and black ink or just black ink.
