Historical NotesA pictorial opalescent stained glass window removed from a private home in Armstrong County. The window, likely made by Rudy Brothers Studio of Pittsburgh between 1900-1920, is an excellent example of the incredible color, layering technique, and painting executed by these artists. Possibly taken from a Pittsburgh home of Herman Kamin, the window represents the high quality of work done by the Rudy Brothers and demonstrates a masterful use of colored glass and painting.
