Malcolm Hay

Malcolm Hay was an attorney and Postmaster-General. Hay was a Democratic delegate to the 1872 Pennsylvania Constitutional Convention held in Pittsburgh. At the convention, he served as chairman of the committee for accounts and expenditures for the convention, and was a member of the committee on militia. Admitted to the bar in 1865, Hay also served as President of the Mercantile Library of Pittsburgh.
