Alberta Harper Irish

Alberta Harper Irish was the daughter of John and Lydia Harper and the granddaughter of John Harper, president of the Bank of Pittsburgh. She had one daughter, Lydia, with her husband Franklin Cadwallader Irish. She died in 1963 and is buried in Homewood Cemetery. Irish was a member of the Colonial Dames and maintained voluminous research files and notes regarding her family’s history.
