Hammel's Restaurant and Café

Hammel’s Restaurant and Café was a German restaurant located in the Jenkin’s Arcade Building of downtown Pittsburgh. Hammel’s closed around 1917 because of the heightened anti-German sentiments brought about by World War I. It was operated by the Hammel family.
